Senior Systems Engineer (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Create, update, maintain, and improve Cameo models for the new design.

Model the system and the system production processes using Cameo.

Facilitate knowledge transfer within and across IPTs/CPTs for cross‑functional collaboration and coordination.

Support test equipment software integration and verification for system test.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Systems Engineering.

Experience on Missile Program.

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and associated tools including Cameo and DOORS.

Experience with Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.

Qualifications We Prefer

Masters or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or Physics.

A self‑starter who can take on tasks with limited guidance.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Customer focus and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with cPDM.

Familiarity with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures along with DoD customer infrastructure experience.

Understanding of Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.

Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management.

Experience evaluating and mitigating technical risks.

Prior work experience giving technical briefs or presentations.

What We Offer

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 per year.

Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, and continuing education programs.
