Responsibilities
Our technicians go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
Compensation
Competitive base salary and bonus program; best technicians make over $100,000 per year.
Potential sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000.
Hours: $48 per hour and can exceed $40/hr with incentives.
2 weeks paid time off for all new hires.
Consistency
Consistent and reliable full‑time work year‑round.
Flexible scheduling: multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, 4‑10 shifts available.
