Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, internal and external
Perform lube oil filter services professionally and conduct vehicle inspections
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and organized manner
Complete and file proper paperwork after each job
Adhere to all vehicle service timing requirements and set performance goals
Stay current on training programs to keep technical qualifications up to date
Follow all federal, state, and local regulations governing automotive service
Attend company meetings and participate in performance management processes
Help maintain a clean, efficient shop environment
Ensure vehicles are left cleaner than when they arrive
Physical Requirements
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Occasional walking, sitting, and talking or hearing
Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
