for a shop with steady workflow and strong earning potential.

$118,000 – $123,000 annually (based on current production)
Consistent Workflow:

What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
Handle a mix of maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems
Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
Maintain productivity while delivering quality repairs
What We’re Looking For
Journeyman-level technician experience (required)
Strong diagnostic ability
Ability to
flag hours consistently
Team-oriented and reliable
