
General Maintenance Worker (HVAC Certified)

BEING A GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER:
We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker II for Fort Huachuca JITC, to perform diverse repairs, execute preventative maintenance, and manage landscaping in strict accordance with contractual specifications. This position is responsible for installation, repair/maintenance and compliance of heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with two years' experience of facilities maintenance, two years of HVAC experience and an EPA Section 608 certificate. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain site access to the base, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant. This position requires driving - must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver's License and a 39-month clean driving record.
