CNC Lathe Machinist - B Shift
Location: Brinkman Precision Inc./West Henrietta, NY

Pay: $20.00 to $40.00/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.
Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as needed.
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
Work with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a precision machining environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliability and strong work ethic.
