Responsibilities
Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health to formulate accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence‑based techniques tailored to clients’ specific needs and challenges.
Respond to mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and developing safety plans to ensure client safety.
Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and families to set therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
Coordinate resources and services, advocating for clients within the healthcare system and connecting them with community support.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, required.
If currently registered as an Intern with a Social Work board; provide all educational and licensure requirements upon hire and maintain current.
Minimum one (1) year Inpatient, Post‑Acute care, or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience.
Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current, preferred.
Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field, preferred.
