Registered Nurse - Outpatient - EOHS - Medical Towers

Job Description
RN position supports Employee Occupational Health Services (EOHS) and is an onsite role located downtown Indianapolis.
Primary responsibilities include onboarding and health clearance for new hires, completing transfer assessments, coordinating and managing return‑to‑work processes for team members on leave, administering and managing the annual flu program, and collaborating closely with leaders and partnered departments. The role also involves managing communicable disease exposures and blood and body fluid exposure incidents, with occasional on‑call responsibilities related to needlestick or splash exposures. The RN will work independently, with support available from a downtown Nurse Practitioner as needed.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm | 24 hrs weekly
No Weekends! No Holidays!
Qualifications
Associate of Nursing (ASN) required.
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
