Overview
Recreational Therapists operate as Independent Contractors with Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus, LLC, and provide individualized, functional, and goal-driven therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Achieve is building a network of independent providers who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful community-based work. Contractors are required to maintain their own Professional Liability insurance. Because providers are not employees, Achieve does not provide Workers’ Compensation or Unemployment Insurance. Any other insurance coverage that may be applicable is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
