Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and business expert to address tasks or environment needs, designing technical and business solutions and mentoring client staff.
- Work with senior client officials to identify enterprise improvement goals, assess organizational and process effectiveness, and implement change strategies.
- Design, analyze, and reengineer systems and processes; oversee implementation and ensure integration with other client systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to develop scalable, efficient solutions.
- Provide guidance on state-of-the-art software/hardware solutions and stay abreast of technological developments and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years advanced Java/JEE development, Web Services and APIs; proficiency in Java/J2EE for robust applications
- 2+ years in Angular/React
- 2+ years in Spring/Spring Boot
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud services and cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Experience with AWS or Azure middleware services (e.g., AWS SQS, Event Bridge)
- Ability to set up CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps for pipeline configuration
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design scalable, efficient solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and technical teams
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring MVC
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of component-based architecture, RXJS and state management
- Familiarity with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements and writing component-level technical design documents
- Able to design and build systems integrated with other client systems
- Demonstrates expert proficiency in the languages and tools needed to support application development
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical projects
Education
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience
- A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field is preferred
