Hospice Executive Director/Marketer
Concho Hearts Hospice seeks a driven and passionate Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location while serving the community with excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
- Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
- Conduct community outreach and educational presentations about hospice services.
- Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and expectations.
- Work closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
- Oversee daily operations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Monitor community perception and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Drive business development and sustainable growth for your location.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience developing referral networks and growing census.
- Knowledge of hospice regulations and operations preferred.
- Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for compassionate end‑of‑life care.
