What You'll Do

• Provide ongoing clinical insight within our day programsmonitoring changes and supporting early intervention
• Serve as a bridge between families, staff, and external healthcare providers
• Support dementia-related symptom management with both clinical and non-pharmacologic approaches
• Educate and coach caregivers with practical, real-world strategies
• Lead community trainings and workshops on brain health and healthy aging
• Contribute to building an innovative, prevention-focused clinical model

What You Bring

• NP or PA license in Arizona
• Experience with older adults, dementia, or behavioral health
• Passion for brain health, wellness, and relationship-based care
• Confidence speaking, teaching, and engaging with groups
• A collaborative, curious, and mission-driven mindset
