Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Our team is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a remote position focused on therapy and behavioral health support. You will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, provide treatment, document care, and help clients improve their day-to-day functioning. This role is a good fit for a clinician who wants a predictable schedule and the ability to provide care from home without losing the clinical depth of the work.

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based therapy services through telehealth

Complete psychosocial assessments and intake evaluations

Create clinical treatment plans and set measurable goals

Keep documentation current, thorough, and compliant

Support clients through ongoing treatment and follow-up care

Identify safety concerns and respond using proper protocols

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding care goals

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Active LCSW license in Massachusetts

Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting

Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills

Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
