Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Analyst with strong experience in the Lab Diagnostics / Healthcare domain
to support a large enterprise healthcare initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnostic lab workflows, healthcare systems, and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with
Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams
to gather and define business requirements
Create and maintain
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
Translate business needs into
clear functional and technical requirements
Manage backlog and track requirements using tools like
Jira
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
(sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Analyze current
lab/diagnostic workflows
and recommend improvements
Support
UAT, validation, and release activities
Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst in Healthcare / Lab Diagnostics
Strong understanding of
clinical lab workflows and diagnostic processes
Experience with
requirements documentation and stakeholder interaction
Hands-on experience with Agile tools like
Jira
Experience working with
EHR/EMR systems such as Epic Systems
Knowledge of
LIMS, HL7/FHIR integrations, and healthcare data standards
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
large healthcare enterprises or diagnostic lab organizations
Familiarity with
Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Understanding of
HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
Certifications such as
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum certifications
