Job Summary
The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for end-user systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and applications while supporting Active Directory and basic networking in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Surface Pros, and peripheral devices
Troubleshoot software issues including MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, and related tools
Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software
Support Active Directory environments and user access
Perform basic network troubleshooting using command-line tools
Assist with system upgrades, fixes, and end-user training
Required Skills
3+ years of IT technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows systems and peripherals
Experience in Active Directory environments
Proficiency in software installation and issue resolution
Basic networking and command-line troubleshooting knowledge
