Job Summary:
The Gainsight Business System Analyst will support the Gainsight system for Customer Success, Digital, and Genesis teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities. This role involves documenting requirements, coordinating development projects, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Gainsight and be adept at analyzing data trends to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in defining product intention, scope, and strategy.
Prioritize system requirements, enhancements, and user issues.
Coordinate development projects and manage user feedback.
Conduct meetings to establish user requirements and use cases.
Create and maintain business process blueprints to optimize workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years' experience with Gainsight or similar business systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
Industry Experience:
Preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices.
