We are looking for a Front Desk J1 in Uma House by Yurbban
South Beach, Miami. Your mission will be to offer a welcoming, agile, and aligned experience with our standards, ensuring that each guest has a memorable stay from the first moment.
Responsibilities
Attend to guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth experience
Manage reservations, modifications, and special requests
Resolve incidents quickly, autonomously, and with customer orientation
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Promote additional hotel services (upselling and cross-selling)
Ensure the order and correct functioning of the reception area
Transmit the hospitality values of Yurbban in every interaction
Requirements
Studies in tourism, hospitality, or similar
Have completed studies less than 6 months ago or be in the last year of the career
Availability of 12 months of stay in USA
Minimum B2-C1 level of English (essential)
Valuable previous experience in reception or customer service
Interest in developing an international career in hospitality
Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural environment
Eligibility for J1 program
