Client Services Lead

Description of Job Function: The role will provide cover for all teams during planned and unplanned absences. Responsibilities include department coverage for client liaisons, customer care, training administrators. Consisting of but not limited to: processing new business, follow up on unconfirmed and unscheduled audits, responding to queries relating to the services AIB can provide, administrative support for AIBI training and consulting services, monitoring shared mailboxes, chat and phone lines, Salesforce administration, dashboard reviews and follow ups, intact QA checks, action items arising from the exception reports, assist with developing SOPs, processes and procedures for key tasks.
Additional activities include maintaining a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Process internal and external correspondence as required and within 2 working days of receipt. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Required: Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in office environment or equivalent education; working knowledge of Microsoft products, data entry software, and operation of other general office equipment. Excellent spelling, grammar, communication, and customer services skills required. Must be well organized and detail oriented.
