Material Handler/Forklift
The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 1st Shift Material Handler/Forklift in West Chester. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with sit-down forklift experience looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Material Handler/Forklift
Hourly wage: $20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift 8am-4pm M-F
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
Eligibility for the Work and Win program
Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Puller/Loader/Order Checker
Pull and stage customer orders accurately based on pick tickets
Load and unload materials using a sit-down forklift
Verify orders for accuracy before shipment
Move materials to designated staging or shipping areas
Maintain organization of inventory and staging areas
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements for Puller/Loader/Order Checker
Sit-down forklift experience required
Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail when checking orders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to work well with a team
Basic communication skills
