Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls from/to patients, caregivers and providers and provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Must be able to work 100% Onsite during the 6-8 weeks of training (hours 8 am - 4:30 pm. Once successful completion of training you will be able to work from home. Schedules 9:30 am - 6 pm. Qualifications: Previous call center experience.
