Key Responsibilities:

Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
