Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
Support our team with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
