Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-precision metal components.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and cut lists to determine job requirements.
Set up laser equipment, adjust parameters, and monitor cutting performance.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Optimize cutting paths, material usage, and machine efficiency.
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (fiber or CO?).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Familiarity with CNC controls, G-code, and machine setup procedures.
Strong understanding of metal types, thicknesses, and cutting behavior.
Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of automated systems, robotics, or material-handling equipment.
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
Technical degree or certification in machining, manufacturing, or related fields.
