Job Summary The position of a Supply Chain Tech I is responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Supervisor to organize and maintain all Supply Rooms. Responsible for delivering supplies, maintain par levels, filling requisitions and responding to request. Providing optimal service to our customers.
Supports the accurate maintenance of the supply inventory
Daily restocking of shelves
Rotates inventory
Performs cycle counts or other inventories
Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
Supports and maintains inventory level for 3rd party system or Lawson Par locations
Able to provide basic trouble shooting for all automated inventory management systems
Maintain clean and orderly stock locations
Maintains professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA
Processes shipment to stock or delivers
Other duties as assigned
Basic Lawson functions
Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility.
Assist in packing case carts as needed.
Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): High school or GED required Associate's or Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience (required and preferred):
Minimum of Two (2) years Supply Chain related experience preferred Team Management and/or Project Management preferred Must keep abreast of current trends/changes related to technology within healthcare
