This role is ideal for a detail-oriented MIG welder who takes pride in clean, consistent welds and enjoys working on challenging, custom-built equipmentnot repetitive production work.
What You'll Do
MIG weld stainless steel components for sanitary and structural applications
Fabricate and assemble tanks, pressure vessels, vacuum chambers, and custom stainless assemblies
Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Maintain food- and pharma-grade weld quality and cleanliness standards
Operate fabrication tools including grinders, polishers, cutters, and machining equipment
Work collaboratively to meet high quality and delivery expectations
Support on-site welding and installation as projects require
What We're Looking For
35+ years of MIG welding experience on stainless steel
Ability to pass a 3/8" stainless steel weld test (corner and butt joint)
Experience in sanitary or food?grade stainless welding
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely in a fabrication environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
