Sales Support Admin
LHH is seeking a talented administrative assistant to support a sales team, with our client located in Willowbrook. This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days onsite per week.
Overview:
Hiring type: Contract to hire
Location: Willowbrook, IL
2-3 days onsite per week
Hours: Monday
Friday, standard business hours
Hourly pay rate: $25-27/hour
Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience in administrative or sales support, operations or related
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects, great communication skills, someone who is excited to come to work!
Responsibilities:
Day to day administrative support to sales and leadership teams, communicating between customers, vendors, and internal staff
Database management and updating vendor portals, including new items, image lists, etc.
Creating monthly reports, including sales and inventory reports
Assist with tradeshows
approximately 5 tradeshows per year
Other ad-hoc responsibilities including purchase order tracking
