Molder Operator

The Molding Operator is responsible for removing injection molded plastic parts from molding machines. The operator then does work on those parts following various written and verbal instructions.
What You Will Experience In This Position:
Supports and participates in the successful implementation of the company's strategic plan.
Follow established injection molding processes to achieve maximum part quality.
Maintains efficiency and keeps machines running at capacity to meet production requirements.
Performs preventative maintenance cleaning.
Performs minor processing adjustments as needed to ensure part quality
Operates machines and performs/assures quality inspections are performed.
Performs material handling and mixing as needed to supply molding equipment and to properly store molded components
Performs as a team player; staggers breaks and lunch periods, working required OT when necessary and
assists in other areas when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Abides by all company policies.
Complete other duties as assigned
You Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical/mechanical knowledge of troubleshooting machines and production processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Good math skills.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics, 1+ years of experience with injection molding processing.
