Experience: 12+ years of experience in electronic soldering or assembly preferred (entry-level candidates with high manual dexterity may be considered). Skills: hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with very small components. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand English work instructions and basic blueprints/schematics. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
