Minimum Requirements:

10 years of experience using Informatica tools, including PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, and Entity360.
10 years of experience establishing and managing Master Data and Reference Data solutions for large organizations.
10 years of experience implementing data quality rules and frameworks using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
10 years of experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical data solutions within enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of experience working with enterprise scale datasets in Snowflake.
4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
(Equivalent work experience may be substituted; a Master's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience is preferred.)
2 years of experience working in healthcare or public health data environments.
2 years of experience working with or supporting a state government agency.
2 years of experience developing Python scripts for automation and interacting with APIs.
Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst / Data Governance & Data Engineering Consultant supports enterprise data initiatives within the SHARP program by partnering with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve data processes, and implement scalable data governance and master data solutions.
This role focuses on translating business objectives into technical solutions, performing impact and cost/benefit analysis, and supporting data engineering, master data management, and data quality efforts using Informatica technologies.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business objectives, operational processes, and data related problems to identify and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
Perform studies and cost/benefit analyses to support data engineering and data governance decision making.
Collaborate with business users, data stewards, and technical teams to understand current workflows, data inputs/outputs, and reporting requirements.
Document detailed business and technical requirements, including user needs, system functionality, data flows, and processing steps.
Assess existing system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility of requested enhancements or changes.
Design, implement, and support master data and reference data solutions at an enterprise scale.
Develop and enforce data quality rules and standards using Informatica Data Quality tools.
Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management, business glossaries, and data lineage.
Contribute to data engineering efforts involving large scale data environments, including Snowflake.
Utilize scripting and automation to support data integration, validation, and API interactions as needed.
Provide domain expertise and guidance for data initiatives within healthcare and/or public sector environments.
