Core Responsibilities
• Computer Systems Quality Documentation: Create and maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and Info Sec standards
• Computer Systems Validation (CSV): Author and execute protocols, IVI, SOP.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with infrastructure, Info Sec, and compliance teams to ensure audit-readiness.
• Preferred experience in Network Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
Technical Skills -
• Windows: Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell
• Experience with ticketing (ServiceNow, JIRA) and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP
• Validation Tools: Document control systems, change management workflows
• Experienced in installing and configuring software on devices
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with ITIL, GMP Regulations
• Experience in regulated industries preferred but not required
• Experience with Intune System Administration, or other related tools
• Basic Ubuntu System Administration Experience
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Excellent written communication for documentation
• Self-starter with ability to work across teams
