*Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
*Level 4: 9 + years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a Master's degree OR work-related experience with a PhD
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
#Preferred Skills
*Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment
*Have good communication and cross-group collaboration skills
*Hands-on problem-solving skills
#Job Duties & Functions
*Research engineering design principles to develop solutions for product and process issues in production and in-service environments
*Analyze non-conformances and support root cause investigations while drafting engineering dispositions
*Assist system owners in preparing technical communications and documentation
*Evaluate fleet data and customer findings to identify product and process improvement opportunities
*Support identification of deviations that may impact design intent and safety requirements
*Participate in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams to resolve engineering issues
*Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore components to original design strength capability
