Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent. -Two (2) years of progressively responsible clerical experience including data entry and work with the public, preferably in a school setting. -School site and/or district office experience is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) speaking and writing skills are highly desired. -Pass the District Exam -3 Letters of Recommendation

The Central Registration & Attendance Clerk supports the centralized enrollment process by coordinating with school sites, families, and outside agencies. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, knowledge of student information systems, and the ability to manage data related to registration, intra/interdistrict transfers, and attendance verifications. Providing high-quality, professional customer service is essential to effectively support families and promote a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
