Client Care Coordinator
Locally owned pediatric care facility seeking a highly organized and professional Client Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents and providers. This fast-paced role is essential to creating a positive client experience while managing scheduling, intake, insurance verification, records, billing support, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage intake process for new clients
Coordinate scheduling and provider caseloads
Maintain waitlists and communicate with clients regularly
Verify insurance benefits and authorizations
Process payments, invoicing, and account balances
Maintain medical records and process record requests (HIPAA compliant)
Order supplies and assist with office upkeep
Support clinic operations and provider productivity
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year previous medical front office experience
Strong data entry and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized with strong multitasking abilities
Self-starter with problem-solving skills
High integrity, professionalism, and dependability
Reliable transportation required
Compensation
$16.00 to $18.00 DEO
