Description
As a 5-Axis CNC Operator you will:
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machining centers to produce high-precision components
Run production jobs while maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency
Read and interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Troubleshoot machining and setup issues on the floor
Support new part introductions (NPI) and process validation
Mentor and cross-train operators on setups, best practices, and machining fundamentals
Provide real-time guidance on the shop floor to improve performance and confidence
Help standardize processes and promote consistency across operations
Reinforce a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
