About The Role
UA Brands is seeking an Embroidery Lead for our Distribution Center to be part of the leadership team while working closely with our business partners. You're a friendly, self-motivated service professional who takes pride in delivering WOW service and delighting stakeholders and business partners. What You'll Do
Our Embroidery Lead serves as an Embroidery Lead in our Embroidery Department; you assist the Sr. Manager of Embroidery and Embroidery Supervisor in the execution of daily plans for decorative services operations. Help to ensure continuous customer satisfaction; consistent with the established standards through supervision and delegation of activities to meet service level and quality goals daily.
Achieve maximum production efficiency on all scheduled machines; monitor daily throughput and downtime.
Assigning staff assignments to complete all embroidery orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, ensuring all production employees are properly trained to identify products for rejection, rework, and all customers receive products that meet or exceed standards and expectations
Issues written and oral instructions to expedite workflow of embroidery orders.

Earn $2.00 more/hour for weekend shifts
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
It's A Physical Job
Walk up to 5 miles a day
Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time
Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)
Lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds
Be able to handle noisy conditions

Previous management or leadership experience
Distribution or Embroidery Experience is a plus
