Are you passionate about making a difference and working in a dynamic, community-focused environment? Bend Redmond Habitat for Humanity (BRHFH) is seeking enthusiastic ReStore Team Members to join our mission of building homes, communities, and hope! As a ReStore Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operation-supporting donations, cashiering, assisting customers, and managing loading/unloading. You'll create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our ReStore, from donors and volunteers to shoppers looking for unique finds.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and ensure they have an outstanding experience.
Support all areas of the ReStore, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
Organize, display, and manage items on the sales floor with care and safety.
Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided).
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work collaboratively and respond promptly to teammates' requests.
Follow all safety guidelines to keep the store safe for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet, moving around the facility.
A true team player with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
