What You'll Do
Application Support & Issue Resolution
Provide hands-on second-level support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues while maintaining high service standards. You'll act as a trusted point of contact for users, delivering responsive and reliable support.
Front-Office & Trading System Support
Support trading and post-trade teams by troubleshooting system issues, assisting with data queries, generating reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key platforms.
Incident & Service Management
Own the lifecycle of incidents-from logging and investigation through to resolution and closure-ensuring adherence to service levels and clear communication with stakeholders throughout.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and data specialists to ensure seamless delivery of support services and continuous improvement of applications.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage SQL and reporting tools to analyze data, support business requests, and provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Contribute to building a robust knowledge base, identify recurring issues, and drive improvements that enhance system stability and user satisfaction.
What You Bring
Experience supporting business applications in a fast-paced, user-facing environment
Exposure to trading systems or commodity/energy markets
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail
Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis/reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
