
AdOps Salesforce Process Analyst

We're looking for an AdOps Salesforce Process Analyst to support a Global Business Services (GBS) initiative focused on standardizing and improving advertising operations. This role will document desk?level processes and identify workflow improvements to support scalable, high?quality reporting across multiple lines of business.
Pay Rate Range - $90-95/hr on W2 (NO C2C)
Onsite in NYC
Responsibilities:
Document end?to?end Ad Operations workflows (campaign setup, trafficking, QA, reporting, billing)
Create SOPs, process maps, and RACI documentation using Visio or Lucidchart
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce and FreeWheel (or similar AdOps tools)
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to align business and operational processes
Support reporting efficiency through improved process design and standardization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Prior entertainment or media advertising experience (required)
2-3 years of Ad Operations or process management experience
Hands?on experience with Salesforce and FreeWheel or similar AdOps/trafficking tools
Strong experience in workflow design and process documentation
Analytical mindset with comfort working in data, QA, and reporting environments
Ability to travel as needed
Preferred:
Experience in a shared services or global business services environment
Background in ad tech product or platform operations
