Customer Service Representative

Farmington, CT!

If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role supports internal and external customers with spare parts inquiries, order processing, and account support. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate communication, order entry, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Respond to incoming emails and inquiries from customers and internal teams
Enter quotes, orders, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
Provide updates on order status, tracking, and general inquiries
Use SAP and internal systems to process customer transactions
Support spare parts operations and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain accurate records and meet order entry and service targets
Follow established communication procedures and customer service standards

What You'll Bring

Previous customer service experience required (call center or similar environment preferred)
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a professional and patient approach
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office required
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
