Role Overview

This position supports ongoing efforts and one-time initiatives for Business Systems, specifically for the Field Service Management (FSM) system. This role evaluates system processes and capabilities through analysis and critical thinking and collaborates with IT workstreams and operating companies to improve business and system processes. This position works alongside team members to support daily operations within the FSM and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities
Learn aspects of software systems utilized by the company, including end-user use, configurations, and business processes.
Support operating companies and IT workstreams to solution complex use cases from end-users through the support ticket system.
Identify repetitive support tickets to develop training and create shared knowledge for other customer support teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to solution tickets and determine root causes, including user retraining, developing training tools, or changes to software.
Ensure solutions, configurations, and processes are sustainable and scalable.
Support testing and QA/QC efforts to verify functionality through proven test scripts.
Engage the user community to support the use of the system through training, support, and standard processes.
Maintain user community communication, training documentation, and resources.
Analyze business processes within the systems to ensure optimization, efficiency, and scalability.
Required Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years of experience supporting Field Service, ERP, Reporting, or critical business systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

General Skills:

Possess analytical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. This role also requires communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A data-driven and analytically focused approach is necessary, along with time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

A BS/BA in a field related to computer science, information technology, business, or other relevant business applications is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $38.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
