Position Summary
The
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
is responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across one or more platforms. This role focuses on creating, scheduling, and publishing content; engaging with followers; monitoring brand interactions; and collaborating with internal teams to promote the company's products and services through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
Monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure adherence to company guidelines and best practices
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content in a timely and professional manner
Research and analyze buyer and consumer personas to guide content and campaign strategies
Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall brand and business objectives
Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Support web content publishing and collaborate on basic webpage design as needed.
Manage company swag inventory and vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering, budgeting, and distribution for internal and external initiatives.
Create, edit, and distribute a monthly internal company newsletter to promote engagement, share updates, and reinforce company culture.
Produce and coordinate marketing collateral such as business cards, flyers, and networking materials, ensuring accurate branding and timely delivery.

Compensation
$15 - $30 per hour , depending on experience
