Overview

As a Search Analyst you will work with the team to understand consumer search intent and identify the best approach to capture it for our clients. In addition to learning media concepts and best practices for paid search campaign management, you will also have opportunity to apply your interest in analyzing data sets and/or developing media workflow automations to help our clients more effectively solve their marketing and business challenges.

The ability to work as part of a team, innate curiosity, attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic are key skills for the role.

Data Analysis

Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing campaigns
Identify top-performing ad copy to inform new creative
Review search trends and craft insights for clients
Ensure reporting is pulled accurately
Monitor campaign pacing towards goals
Campaign Management & Automation

Assist in creating bulk sheets to upload or edit keywords and ad copy within search bid management tools
Review product briefs and website copy decks to develop new copy
Provide support in campaign budget management and optimizations
Provide updates for deliverables & re-prioritize tasks as needed
QA implementation for new campaigns as well as ad copy rotations
Qualifications

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
Bachelor's Degree preferred (i.e. Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science)
Optional:

Programming languages: Python or SQL
Certifications: Google Ads or Search Ads 360

Yearly Compensation: $50,000 salary

Salary and Benefits

Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a "Do Good Day," and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
