Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Lot Technician to help maintain the appearance, organization, and overall readiness of our vehicle inventory. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and professional dealership environment for both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly displayed
Perform basic vehicle inspections (check fuel levels, tire pressure, batteries, etc.)
Assist with vehicle deliveries and dealer trades
Maintain cleanliness of the lot, including trash removal and snow/ice control when needed
Install temporary tags, dealer plates, and window stickers
Assist service and sales departments as needed
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing in and out of vehicles
