Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with sales and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Assist with sales efforts by following up on leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase business
Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services and generate new leads
Keep track of inventory and order office supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
