Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk
We are looking for a full time accounts payable/receivable clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in accounting and has strong communication skills. Dealership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Post invoices
Reconcile statements
Disburse checks
Balance statements and finalize data
Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Qualifications
Experience using a dealership management system (CDK)
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
Dealer trade experience
Microsoft experience
