Position Summary
We re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packers to join our client's team in Joliet, IL. This role focuses on packing orders for e-commerce clients. Accuracy and speed are important in this fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be comfortable using a scanner/PDA and basic computer systems.
Job Duties
Pack products accurately based on order requirements
Use a scanner or PDA to confirm items and quantities
Pack items into boxes, totes, or pallets for shipment
Label and prepare orders for outbound shipping
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow warehouse rules and work instructions
Report missing or damaged items to a lead or supervisor
Help with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Warehouse or packing experience preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift
Basic reading, writing, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Open to overtime or flexible hours during peak season
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
