Job Summary:
Lead daily operations within the post-SMT (surface mount) assembly cell, ensuring production and quality targets are met
Assist supervisor with scheduling, staffing, and prioritizing production based on incoming work
Monitor in-process production, ensuring builds are accurate, complete, and meet customer specs
Train and support team members, driving accountability and continuous improvement
Track production output, perform time studies, and help maintain on-time delivery goals
Identify quality issues, scrap trends, and process inefficiencies, escalating as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote a strong team-first culture
