Schedule:
2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 4 PM
12:30 AM
1-Week Training: TuesdaySaturday | 7 AM
4:30 PM
Plus Overtime: Possible weekends (mandatory if required)
Pay Rate:
$20 / hour
$500 retention bonus after 3 months (based on attendance, safety, and performance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Turret Drivers to operate VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, picking, and storing materials while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate a turret (VNA) forklift to pick and put away inventory
Work in very narrow aisles and reach high racking locations
Use RF scanners/WMS systems to track inventory and orders
Load and unload materials as needed
Perform order picking with accuracy and efficiency
Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of turret forklift experience (VNA required)
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer/RF scanner skills
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
