Shipping Clerk
As an Inventory & Receiving Coordinator, you will manage the flow of materials in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate inventory, proper labeling, timely receiving, and supporting production by preparing materials for assembly.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate counts of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Perform daily cycle counts, quarterly and yearly physical counts.
Enter adjustments into the ERP system and analyze variances.
Improve inventory procedures and recommend better material locations.
Manage Kanban items and shop supply levels.
Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
Identify shortages, damages, or quality issues and report them.
Record deliveries in ERP the same day.
Move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and store materials in proper stock locations immediately after receiving.
Locate and retrieve materials for assembly teams.
Prepare job kits for production (raw materials and subcomponents).
Handle discrepant materials and support production supervisors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage inventory systems.
Comfortable with material handling and warehouse equipment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ERP software experience preferred.
Experience with forklift and palletizing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
