Delivery Driver
Position Highlights
Shift: 11:20 AM - 9:30 pm daily
Pay: $24.75/ hour
Location: 10750 89th AVE N, Maple Grove MN 55369
Duties & Responsibilities
Must follow all MN State Driving Laws
Arrive timely and prepared for workday
Operate a cargo van less than 10,001 GVWR
Deliver 180 - 220 stops per day
Walk 15,000+ steps daily
Lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, stair-climb
MUST be comfortable driving in all kinds of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe manner
Follow Post & Parcel safety standards and compliance requirements both on the road and at the delivery station
Provide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public
Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery process
Ability to problem solve on-the-go

Qualifications
Must be at least 21+ years old
Must have a valid driver's license
Must work at least 1 weekend each week
Must be willing and able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
Must be able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Must consent to a background check and drug screen
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
